As a Consulting Manager at Percipio Business Advisors, Seth specializes in Federal and State income tax preparation and consulting for individuals and businesses across a wide range of industries. Seth’s prior experience working in the tax department at a Top 15 public accounting firm has allowed him to gain expertise in complex areas of the tax code and corporate structuring. Seth also supports PBA’s financial consulting practice through Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as outsourced Chief Financial Officer and Controller services. Graduating from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, Seth earned his Bachelor’s in Accounting with minors in Finance and Management and went on to complete his Master’s in Professional Accountancy. Seth’s prior experience in accounting, banking, and financial institutions has allowed him to perform many different duties ranging from tax consulting to analyzing and reviewing financial statements. “Being able to build relationships and adapt to specific client’s needs is something that Percipio and I take seriously.
