Justin serves as fractional CFO providing strategic finance advice to founders and business owners — senior financial leadership without the cost of a full-time hire: forecasting, board and investor reporting, cash and runway management, and the financial rigor that holds up under a lender’s or investor’s scrutiny.
His practice also carries deep M&A expertise — financial due diligence, EBITDA and working capital analyses, quality of earnings studies, and transaction-agreement review — built from guiding privately held business owners from deal preparation through post-closing true-ups. Justin negotiates on behalf of his clients to make sure they get the outcome they came for.
Before Percipio, Justin was a Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory and Audit & Assurance at a Top 100 public accounting firm in Southern California. He earned his Bachelor’s — double majoring in Accounting and Finance — and his Master’s in Professional Accountancy, both from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.
When he’s not with clients, Justin’s spending time with his wife, Karley, and daughter, Iris, going to concerts, snowboarding, or traveling.
